Our TRC Robotics team is student led with adult mentor support and follows the business model. This model has proved exceptionally efficient, allowing for well-organized communication and clarity among officers and mentors. With the Executives managing most external affairs and Heads managing most internal affairs, TRC is able to stay a balanced, organized, and well-run club.
